Al Barrak”s Light Industrial Roller Doors are mostly used in store fronts, shops in malls, warehouses, factories and wherever need the complete closure with low cost. The doors can be manually, hand chain and motor operated.

Interior face of wall is standard.

0.60mm (24 gauge) thick Pre-painted Zinc Aluminum Corrugated sheets according to ASTM A 792 AZ150Grade 150B or galvanized steel flat and curved slats.

Vibroglides fitted with both ends of curtains to provide smooth, quite greaseless operation time after time.

Corrosion resistant 2mm thick aluminum extrusion with weather strips and ends with guide rollers to prevent lateral movement.

2mm thick 65mm x 34mm galvanized steel U channels.

5mm thick specially designed steel painted angles.

Deep cushioned special rubbers provide a labyrinth seal.  Help to keep out wind, rain, leaves and minimize gaps on the uneven floors.

1.5” OD high yield standard steel tubing equipped with torsion springs, spring clamps and drums for easy movement.

Electric motor / manual operated:

• Sizes up to 3.00 meter width x 3.00 meter height are standard to use manual push up operated.
• Sizes above 3.00 meter width x 3.00 meter height are recommended to use motor or planetary gear operated.

Self-locking gear motor positively locks the door in the fully closed position. Also the standard one pair of padlocks on  both ends of the bottom bar, which locks into the guide channels.

Continuous curtain type are Sand White,  The Slats are galvanized finish or powder coated.
