Uni-com 230 has a R- Value of 8.3 with a solid polystyrene core bonded to two steel face sheets, providing solid value for all commercial garage door installations.

By capping each panel with a 16 gauge galvanized steel end stile, the Uni-com meets all of the commercial specification for a standard 2” thickness.

Weather Grip provides further bonding strength between the front and back steel skins, increasing the load strength of the Uni-com 230for beyond Industry Standards.

To ensure durability, a heavy duty PVC bottom weather strip and retainer have been added. This weather seal assures a tight seal along the floor and cushions against continual closing impact.

Trolley Operators
Trolley operators are designed to open and close the door as the carriage is driven back and forth on the horizontal operator track. They are normally mounted on the centerline of the door and parallel to the floor. They require a clearance above the high arc of the door and a space behind the door when it is fully open.
