Interior face of wall is standard.

The interlocked curtains manufactured from 0.8 to 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel or color bonded sheet. The slat heights ranging from 9 to 11 cm.

End – locks are hard nylon or malleable iron fastened to both ends of alternate slats to prevent lateral movement.

Heavy extruded aluminum or pre-painted double angled galvanized steel bottom bar with weather seal for heavy duty application.

The brackets are made of 500 x 500 x 10 mm thick steel plates (as technically required).Bolted to wall mounting angle supports counter balance assembly and forms end enclosures.

The guides shall be 5mm thick structural steel pre-painted double angles.

Steel pipe equipped with steel spring system capable of producing torque sufficient to assure smooth operation of curtain from any position with adjustable spring tension.

Self-locking gear motor positively locks the door in the fully closed position. Also the standard one pair of padlocks on  both ends of the bottom bar, which locks into the guide channels.

Electric motor / Manual Chain Operated:
•  Sizes up to 3.00 meter width x 4.00 meter height are standard to use manual chain hoist operated and/or motor operated.
•  Sizes above 3.00 meter width x 4.00 meter height are recommended to use motor operated.

Emergency manual chain operation, is possible by simply pulling the hand-chain, this smoothly engages the mechanism to allow the shutter operation in either direction.

Pre-painted slats are polyester coated: White/Grey  (20 micron on face side and 5 micron on back side)
Shop coat of rust inhibitive grey metal primer on exposed steel.

Hood Enclosure:  The hood cover shall be provided by 24 gauge galvanized steel internally reinforced to maintain rigidity and shape.

Safety Edge: Airwave safety edge kit, to detect obstructions and stop the door while closing. Remote Control Operation: The doors can be operated by remotes.
